STEARsoft is a versatile attendance management application designed for use on Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad. It features a comprehensive graphical interface that streamlines the process of tracking student attendance.

The application provides graphical attendance sheets that allow for the scanning of multiple students and sessions, akin to traditional paper registers. Users can benefit from features such as flood-fill and auto-move-on, enabled by pre-generated attendance sheets, which enhance efficiency within the classroom. Additionally, organized lists of outstanding absence notes and graphical statistics offer immediate access to essential data.

The Watch App adds further flexibility, allowing educators to take attendance without the need for their phones. This functionality is advantageous in various settings—whether on the sports field, during swimming lessons, or simply within the classroom.

A built-in incident recording system facilitates the tracking of categorized student incidents (such as merits or forgotten equipment) on an individual basis. Customizable alerts notify users when specific incidents occur with increased frequency, while a report generation feature summarizes this data alongside attendance statistics for each student.
